"Room was perfect for our family of 5. four of us in bedrooms and one on a pullout couch. There was a public bathroom at the bottom of the stairs at entry that was easily accessible since we shared 1 bathroom between the 5 of us. Great for a 4-night visit! "

"Incredible!!! Our mini apartment was SO clean. we had a slow shower drain a few days into our stay and they were responsive within 30 min and a plumber was offered that afternoon or next morning per our choice. Was fixed when we were out and it was like nothing ever happened. Even the basement laundry room was SO clean/tidy/laundry soap offered. The location could not be beat…grocery store literally next door, train station across the street. Food hall a block up the street, the Stroyet and tons...

"We wished we could have stayed a couple more days! The hotel is perfectly located to all attractions of Copenhagen. We got an upgraded room with the most beautiful view of the boats and canal. The mattrace was cozy and the room so inviting after coming back from a walk along the canals on a cold winter day. The room with its old decorative beams was beautiful. And the breakfast had everything you could wish for with a lot of healthy varieties, as well. There were thoughtful and interesting notes...

"The reception staff by the name of Lewis was outright RUDE. I explained that I’m a hotels.com Gold ViP member and would like to enquire on late check-out options. He said there is no such thing. Only free beverage. I tried showing him my bookings but he was really very rude and brushed me off! Such excellent customer service experience from a 4-star hotel!"
