"This hotel has the very good location and very friendly staff. The breakfast was 10+ It looks like you visit your grandma's house, not a hotel. The garden was beautiful. I will recomend this property to all my friends. Me and my friend spent very good time in this hotel."

"The hotel was just lovely!! The staff was very friendly, breakfast was good, the beds were comfortable, and the rooms are just perfect. The hotel is located on Tronchetto part of Venice. This is about 25-minute walk away from the main city, but you can hust hop on the People Mover/Monorail that is designed to get you from Tronchetto to the main city in 5 minutes. Also, you can pay for it via tapping your card, and it only costs €1.50 per person per ride so won't hurt your wallet. All in all, lovely place to stay at! "

"Hotel is nice, breakfast is ample choice. Room only has one plug and that is in the bathroom! There is a book that says Do not use your own hairdryer, curling tongs or straightener, use the hair dryer provided. You also have to use this one and only plug in room 102 to charge your phone, laptop etc! All plugs in room are blanked off other than some are light switches. This for me let it down slightly. Mini fridge is empty, no air con that’s off, safe is not screwed down so it could be taken away although you can lock it. Bar shuts at 10am. No restaurant if you want to stay at hotel. Water taxi from hotel to airport is 150 euros."

"I beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of Venice. Situated just 40 seconds walk from St Marks Square, it was ideal for my wife Sarah and I because we love the vibe of Venice , if you’re looking for a great location this is it. The staff are fantastic, the bedrooms spotless and very comfortable beds and pillows , air con is great. We would recommend for sure. "

"Being an apartment on the top floor it was quirky. Low ceilings in the kitchen, but great sleeping spaces and balcony. I wish there had been better storage options for clothing, including more hangers."
