One hour in Florida and had to deal with this. Hair and stains on the bed and box spring, smelled horrible, looked like some threw up cabbage in the bathroom garbage. I never felt so uncomfortable. Always book hotels through them personally and on a credit card to help get a refund. I've been using expedia for 20 years but...

"We were locked out of our room. The master key and physical key barely opened the door. It was very hot, and smelled like mildew. The second room was on the second floor, the remote for the tv was also for the air conditioning unit which still did not work for either. "

"I received a pedicure while a guest there. My pedicurist was a lot of fun. I relaxed, & we laughed a lot. SHe was professional, positive, and fun. The pedicure was pretty good, but the experience was excellent."

The front desk staff were most helpful especially since we were there for our wedding and had a lot of visitors, vendors, and items that we needed to coordinate over the days we were in Sarasota. I was especially appreciative of the housekeeping staff that assisted me in organizing the room after having multiple boxes to unpack and dozens of wedding flower bouquets to sort through.
