"We walked into the room and left 5 minutes later. Because I booked through expedia, the hotel and expedia refused no REFUND. I lost $600.00 and had to book $800.00 airbnb. One hour in Florida and had to deal with this. Hair and stains on the bed and box spring, smelled horrible, looked like some threw up cabbage in the bathroom garbage. I never felt so uncomfortable. Always book hotels through them personally and on a credit card to help get a refund. I've been using expedia for 20 years but...

"It seems that admistration renovates hotel rooms on the flight. The walls in our room were not fished, had some holes and cracks. The electric wires were hanging along the walls (not covered). One glass sliding door for bathroom and toilette both is, at least, funny. The breakfast was very good."

"I received a pedicure while a guest there. My pedicurist was a lot of fun. I relaxed, & we laughed a lot. SHe was professional, positive, and fun. The pedicure was pretty good, but the experience was excellent."

"The staff was amazing. They would bring an order to our room. They had a fair selection of snacks and drinks to purchase. One thing I would recommend would be to have cooler to sell ice cream and popsicles. The pool area was delightful with lots of lounge chairs and tables to eat at. The furniture had grime on it hadn’t been wiped down, the sheets smelled like pure bleach, The non-smoking room smelled like cigarettes, there was black, mold all over the ceiling, the king mattress was invented on one side. I felt like I was laying on a bridge all night, when you turn I hear bad at the entire bed slides, the mattress was not sitting on a bed frame. The front staff was completely confused upon...

"I did not get to stay in my room cause there was no staff at all. Called the number that they had at the front desk & no one came had to sleep in my car. & also didn’t my refund back. I don’t recommend "
