"Best service I have had any resort in Mexico! The staff was friendly, kind, and attentive. Each bartender or drink server has their own signature drink, which is a fun way to try new drinks. They also have a lot of restaurant options and an incredible experience team putting on fun events! Silent disco was a favorite for our group!
The resort is new, but it looks like they rushed to completion, and there are a lot of issues. A toilet fell off the wall in the lobby bathroom, the AC didn't fully cool our room, and another room in our block had unsealed shower tile, so the floor was mushy. Maintenance came quickly when called and tried to remedy issues as best they could. Also, this hotel has the smallest elevators I have ever seen - they fit four people, but it's very tight!"
