"What a find! Absolutely loved this hotel. Gorgeous room, fab staff, interesting history, great location and lovely inclusive ethos: LGBT+ friendly - and very welcoming to all including us four straight ladies! Stayed in the junior suite which was beautifully designed with wooden floor, super-comfy bed, antiques and Morris & Co fabric. Loved the freestanding bath and free minibar. The other 2 in our group stayed in the apartment over the road - spacious, comfortable and with a great story! Lovely...

"Beautiful, historic hotel in the heart of old town Lucerne! Close to everything and we could get enough of the view of Jesuitkirche and the chapel bridge across the river from our private balcony. For location and views, would 10/10 stay here again! Tip- the breakfast buffet can be a little pricey, but the service was wonderful and a they offered a great spread or a-La-Carte options. Eating there is a quintessentially Swiss place to start your morning and you won't regret it. "

"The location is unbeatable—right in Old Town and close to everything. I stayed in the downtown apartment room, and even with the weather hitting 85°F / 29°C, the room stayed comfortable. The fans they provided helped. What really stood out, though, was the staff. They were truly exceptional—friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout my stay. I’d absolutely recommend this hotel to any friend visiting Munich, and I’d gladly stay here again myself."

"Modern industrial style hotel. Clean and warm during winter time. Although not sure if it will be as good during hot summer day as I can't see any air conditioning, only heater. Service were great, friendly and helpful. Another great things about this hotel is their fair policy if you decided to not to ask for room service for cleaning it gave you a choice between wines, beer or others.
