"Great location!! Was walking distance to everything and literally took 20minutes to get to the hotel from the airport using the Dublin express. The drop off is literally a couple minutes walk if that. Would highly recommend. The staff were honestly so lovely and so helpful. We were lucky to have an early check in as our room was ready and even received an upgrade. We also received a late check out. Couldn’t have asked for better service! A special shout out to Lateef, Pei and the gentleman working late evening with the glasses (didn’t catch his name)! Thank you for contributing to such a memorable trip! I’ll definitely be back."

"This property is nice and very newly renovated. The rooms and the common areas are decorated beautifully. My room and all the common areas were very clean. The front facing staff could use a little work. My check in process was very awkward and every interaction with the reception staff with different people were all equally as awkward. Nobody was rude but it felt like none of them had ever had any experience in hospitality. To end on a positive note Jean Georges restaurant was very good. I had both dinner and breakfast there and the food did not disappoint. "

"Check in was grand, staff were nice but it would have been nice to know that the roads all around were blocked off due to so parking was not possible in the way described on the website. The description I read said tranquil oasis - I found it to be nothing of the sort with a large party on when I arrived, with music being heard in my room until just after midnight. I just wanted to go to sleep. The room was lovely (a city pod) larger than expected and with plenty of towels and water - the TV kept switching off and I had to stand on a chair to pull the shutter and window closed, and to reach the towels for some reason (I am 5'4, but the towel shelf was pretty high up the wall), but overall it was comfy, dark, quiet once the party had finished and the bathroom was fresh and clean. Also, nice to have a 12noon check out. "
