Nice small hotel. Staff were friendly, easy to checkin. Room was clean, cozy and aircon was in order. The toilet wall paper not so nicely done as wear off. Once you shower, the whole toilet flood with water. A bit of flies in the toilet, like those you find near banana. Toilet have all the things you need like toothbrush, hairnet, shampoo etc. Room was clean up daily. Breakfast was good. Had Nasi Lemak, roti prata, noodles, bread with jam, coffee/tea, fruits etc. Go anywhere by grab was cheap average life 5 ringget

The toilet got urine smell, need to switch on the toilet fan when go inside the room. The pillow and blanket sheet so dirty, a lot of black colour.

I liked that the hotel is well-maintained and the rooms are clean and comfortable. It was not difficult getting to the hotel too. I'd prefer if the front desk staff were more knowledgeable about the dining choices near the hotel instead of giving a familiar place to them. The bathroom floor lining seemed to be peeling off and at certain areas it felt slippery. The bathroom was clean nonetheless. The staff at the restaurant can be better trained and organise the seating area better. Instead of saying, "You have to wait at the lobby," it is better to say, "Please wait at the lobby while I prepare / organise a table for you." The food choice was adequate and tasty. Overall the experience was pleasant and I would come stay at this hotel again.

The location is pretty convenient to eateries. Eateries open late into the midnight (fortunately), such that we can hv late "dinner" when our coach arrived beyond expected time. The 24hr convenient store was also near. Eventhough the hotel is near these places, eateries and karaoke lounges, it was tucked slightly away from these noisy shops. And positioned facing away, hence the noise pollution wouldn't travel to the building. The limestone restaurant (in the hotel) also served nice and decent priced food. Good variety too. Great for dining in. - room provides ironing board, mini fridge, slippers, coffee, toiletries incl. toothbrushes, some international channels. The negatives are: - room has musty smell. Although it's clean. - toilet seats cracked. So we can't use it, else risking being injured by it. - shaver mirror looks like going to drop. - they uses wallpapers for toilet wall and floor. Nice idea, but need replacing, as it's peeled. - bath tubs needs proper cleaning. - shower water flow was a little weak. - my room 445 was below a function room. When the staffs were clearing up, can hear noisy dragging of furniture after the event. - there's great priced spa in the hotel, use vouchers provided at hotel lobby. But the location was bad, opposite a lounge. Super noisy. Go there before 1pm, should be good.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Parking is a challenge, but the security guard helps a lot in notify us and also look after our parking problem. (a to the guards) The breakfast is good. We are happy with that too.

Fairly ok. The reception staff are friendly/ courteous. Has bathtub which is rare nowadays for the rate. Didn’t like to wait almost an hour for the room to be ready(4pm). Pillows didn’t look clean. Inconvenient - No sockets at bedside for charging phones, etc - Only one at far end for kettle. Limited parking slots. Outside of hotel area parking is dark at night. Driving into town on Sunday will be hassle due to road narrowing due to a Pasar tani nearby or some sort that stretched almost 1km.

Ok for a couple of nights stay
Hotel is a bit dated although it has undergone some refurbishment . Complimentary Breakfast offered which was ok . Good for basic stay . the cafe ( Limestone) does offer reasonable and value for money western cuisines , if you want a change from the typical hawker / coffee shop offerings which are within a stones throw away from the hotel .

All good, except two things: 1. Breakfast order was to be made a day prior and food was delivered as room service, which was fantastic especially during this period. However, kitchen was too "frugal" on the portion size, and on my plate I received only six baked beans given as part of the American breakfast. I was alone for the trip and resorted to eating the entire breakfast-for-two as packaged during my stay, all by myself. 2. Whenever I took a shower, I sang to Katy Perry's Hot N Cold.

I booked queen size room but received 2 single bed attached room number 434. Receptionist never inform about this to me. I paid for queen size room not twin single bed both are different prices. I only realise about this during check out time. When check out I asked to receptionist name Lukman, he replied to me how u know , his answer was freaking weird and he told me in future to remark or stated there I want a queen size bed. What is this I don’t understand. I paid for queen size room not twin so why should I put a remark like this . Not logic at all . It nonsense and that person don’t have a common sense. Pls furnish to me about this. I need an explanation on this ASAP .

The hotel prarority for dinner customer. It reserve alcar for the dinner's customer. Hotel customer need to parking out from hotel. And car park no enough to park.
