"Overpriced for the quality of the room. It was clean-ish, had an odd odor, tiny tv with no remote, breakfast is included is the basic cereal/toast/waffle maker-no other hot food served."

"We very much enjoyed this property and met the owners. They take pride in their property and care about their guests. They had just changed out all the bed mattresses which was quite comfortable. The location was quiet and convenient to Spencer activities. The breakfast options were better than most 2-star hotels.We will stay here again!"

"Wifi and television did not connect so we were unable to work on our computers or even watch local channels. Room was poorly lit and smelled stale. Bathroom is cramped with poor venting and extremely small shower stall. Walls are extremely thin; can hear people clearly in the hall and next door. Overall was a bed to sleep in and nothing more."

"The breakfast was nice and included. The staff is friendly and the rooms are clean, but the property is showing its age. The price seems high given the overall quality, but options are limited in Spencer and likely as good as you will find."
