"Arrived early, and staff were lovely immediately. Meal in evening was so nice, and staff efficient and friendly. I didn't use the pool facilities this time, but would recommend based on previous stay. Breakfast buffet excellent. Excellent location. Parking issue quickly resolved. Highly recommend!"

"Staff is super helpful and friendly! Food in the restaurant is good. We had a room on the 1st floor and had issues with the wifi working. They happily moved us to a room on the 2nd floor where the WiFi works perfectly! The hotel is right by the river Ness and couldn’t be any more centrally located. We’re very happy with our choice! It’s very clean and the beds are comfortable! "

"Excellent place to stay. We cannot fault this property! Exceptional communication, with instructions sent via email two days before our arrival with photos of where to go and where the keys were going to be. We stayed in apt 27. The property has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The entire place was sparkling clean. The beds were super comfortable and the kitchen had everything you need to cook any meal during your stay. The washing machine was super handy since we’re are travelling with kids. Parking was easy and so convenient The property is a quick stroll from the city centre We’d definitely stay again in a heartbeat "
