"My family and I stayed here and we thoroughly liked it. Excellent location right off the Grieg street walking bridge. Lots of shopping and restaurant options. The interior of the unit was very clean and safe and easy to get too. We appreciated the in unit washer/dryer to catch up on our laundry while on our trip. The check in process with the owners was simple and straight forward. Highly recommend. "

"Not only is the property perfectly located next to the River Ness and Ness Walk into Inverness but the staff are over the top amazing from the moment you walk until you depart. Mark the concierge was incredible upon arrival. The bar staff were extremely knowledgeable about wines and whisky. We had a perfect stay. "

"The room was quite clean and large if not a bit outdated. The view from my room was fabulous! Appreciate that the cleaning staff refreshed my room without disturbing my things. No access to a microwave or fridge though. And not sure where I would have gotten ice. Easy to enter and exit."

"We stayed here twice. The first time we were in bldg 18 room 32. We did not like this room. It seemed old and out dated. Shower has low pressure. It was clean and beds were good. The second times we stayed here (3 days later), we were in bldg 18 room 38. We loved this room. It is updated, bed comfortable and has an amazing shower! Breakfast was good both times we stayed and staff were very nice. Easy walking to stores and restaurants. Car was safe parked in the street."

"It was perfect for a single traveler and right where everything is easily walking distance. Clean and spacious and quiet and felt more like you were at a friends guest house not a hotel ."

"The property was located about 10 minutes from train station-very convenient. The room was small but very clean. Housekeeping came in daily. The one concern was the hot water which very hot. Possibility of scalding if not careful."

"This was a large apartment, nice for an overnight stop before flying out of Inverness. Easy check in via email with the apartment code. It was clean and well outfitted. We did experience the smell of fuel - likely from the boiler inside the unit - but the staff was very quick to respond and send a staff member out to assist. Good spot for an overnight for our family of 4, with plenty of space to spread out."

"Super Lage, modernes Zimmer. Personal war sehr nett, jedoch auch überfordert. Man musste immer hinterher sein und mehrmals nachfragen. Z. B. Hatten wir eine defekte Tür und haben dies mehrmals gesagt, es hat sich aber bis zum Schluss niemand gekümmert. Das Frühstück war an sich gut, jedoch war das Geschirr immer dreckig. Auch das wurde mehrfach gesagt, geändert hat sich aber nichts. Wir mussten immer lange suchen, bis wir mal einen sauberen Teller und Tasse gefunden haben. Ich würde hier nicht...
