"Every time we visit Manila, we always stay at Shangri-La Makati, but this time we wanted to try something new. We stayed at New World Makati for 4 nights and loved everything about our stay. The location is ideal for access to shopping at Greenbelt and the other shopping malls in the area. The residence club was a great experience too, I would highly recommend it. The staff was the best, especially Freeman, Hazel, Richie, Wilson and Glen. They really went above and beyond to make sure we were always taken care of and had the best experience during our stay. We will Definitely be back the next time we visit."
