"Staff are excellent!! Kind and extremely helpful. Great location with cafés and restaurants one block away. I chose not to have breakfast here, as what I saw appeared extremely minimal. This boutique has a lot of antique pieces, so much so that I did not sit on the chairs in the room for fear of breaking them. The rooms are clean, and the bed is comfortable. I did need earplugs as the noise from the street at various hours of the night/morning woke me up."

"I got to the hotel super early and I acknowledged that when I got to the front desk. The recpetionst guy was like yeah… and had a “you’re kidding if you wanna check in early” attitude until I told him I’ll pay for early check-in. He then told me my room wasn’t ready so I was like are there any others available that are ready? He told me it’s a twin room. I was only gonna be there for one day so I literally didn’t care. Plus I had been up since 4AM and just wanted to get into a room. Early...

"Great location of hotel. Close to old city ,market and the water. Great customer service from Leticia. She gave us a map of the city and showed us points of interest to check out. Gentleman working at night helped us with tv because we didn't get reception. Definitely recommend staying there."

"The Radisson is an amazing option for a 4+ star in Montevideo. Very nice rooms, great view from the restaurant on the 25th floor. It’s not a new Hotel but well maintained and the staff is not too bad. The breakfast is really good."
