Check in staff should be friendlier. Hotel has great amenities, I cannot comment on this. Our biggest issues the consistent concern with the funky smell from the washroom. We had to close the door at night and plug any orifice that had a drain. Not sure why this is like this. Might be some serious plumbing issue.

The properties in a good location rooms are old but they're clean, the hotel has been renovated there are two restaurants at the hotel and many others in the area, grocery shoppings are also available and walking around the neighborhood is great.

Yearly visit to Montevideo

As every ither visit, Dazzler offered exactly what I need. Despite plenty of new options, it will be hard to move me away from there. And as a regular traveler to Montevideo, they will have my business as far as they keep the standards right. Is good to feel remembered and employees calling you by name. Thank guys. Great job again

A nice room, confortable bed, friendly staff. The breakfast could contain cut fruit e.g melon , pine apple. The pool was ok but not so nice what is looks in the photos. The spa was quite nice too. The quality-price relacion was good.

Good location and functional room. The bathroom had a bit of smell we did not love and no place to hang towels or place clothes which was not convenient. Otherwise all was good.

Incredible hotel with a very nice and friendly staff. My room was much bigger than expected and the experience overall was really pleasant. Only thing I would mention for improvement would be the quality of the breakfast provided

Convenient location for shopping

It was a good location for us because we had family nearby. The room and facilities are a little old and outdated. There was a cockroach near the espresso machine which we killed. The bathroom had a funky smell was our biggest issue. The breakfast was great!! The bed was comfortable and the people were nice.

The property is well located. The Fresh Market and "The Old Sosa" restaurant are good points to visit. The hotel is old, and in my bathroom you can feel a little drain smell. But overall, it was a good pick.

Positive experience.

While the hotel's location is extremely convenient, in an area that invites you to walk around, and the adjacent restaurant is surprisingly good, I was a little disappointed in the bathroom's condition - it is clearly warned out, needing some maintenance, the bath gel dispenser in the shower was not refilled, and the shower water was lukewarm, at best. On the other hand, the hotel's gym is very well equipped, the staff is super friendly, and they allowed me a late check out. Internet connection is good. The breakfast offers some good options. In general, it was a positive experience. It was my third time staying at the hotel, and here's a tip: if possible, as for a corner room, they are the best ones.

Pool didn't appear to be too clean as the water was cloudy. The hallways and room had a lot of wear and tear so the property could use a renovation. One of the maintenance guys we ran into in the elevator a few times was super friendly

Excellent choice to walk around, convenient in many ways (grocery shops, restaurants, not that far from bus terminal, etc). Breakfast choices are not amazing but ok. Airport is very far though, so check transportation first.
