Home away from home

We stayed for 6 nights and felt at home from the moment we arrived. Located in el centro, the hotel is only a few blocks away from the plaza indepencia. Supermarkets and restaurants are close by. The staff is very friendly and helpful.Real value for money.

The hotel's central location and helpful staff were its main advantages. Due to peak season and full occupancy at other properties, we had no choice but to book here. While seasonal price increases are common in the industry, this property's rates were exceptionally inflated and seemed exploitative. The building is essentially an apartment complex that operates as a hotel by renting out available units. While the basic accommodations might be acceptable for budget travelers seeking a well-located option, the current pricing far exceeds the value offered.

Gustavo, Gaston, and Leandro were incredibly helpful and kind. They went out of the way to accommodate and help me, especially due to my handicap. Gustavo was excellent and helped arrange transportation and lift my bags. I am really thankful to him. So, top notch staff. The hotel itself is average and it smelt like smoke in the hallways. The area around the hotel can be a bit shady at night. You will run into people sleeping on the sidewalks. But, it is reasonably safe.

Careful with the rates. They play with numbers in pesos and dollars… thy charged me almost 800 for a night for a cheap place. Cuidadito con las tarifas, juegan con los precios en dólares y pesos, a mi me cobraron 800 dólares por una noche (no 20 como parecía) por un hotel muy básico y corriente. Si no tienes de otra y vas a reservar toma screen shot de los detalles.

Boa estadia

Nossa estadia foi muito confortável , apartamentos amplos, limpos e o hotel é bem localizado. Dá para fazer o centro a pé sem problemas. O café da manhã deixa a desejar, tinha poucas frutas e não muito frescas.

Hotel muy agrable

4 dias muy agradables con este hotel, muy limpio y bien comodo y tranquilo en el centro. La triple que ocupe con mis hijas fue linda y grande con balcon. El dueno Sr Adrian cuida muy bien a su lugar, sus companeros tambien son muy amables. Tendremos que volver una vez mas desde Buenos Aires

Atendimento extraordinário, atenciosos , Garagem inclusa em um prédio na mesma quadra e excelente, bem localizado com diversos mercados próximos , perto da principal avenida da cidade e diversas atrações turísticas!
