"Kaiserhof is a very unique, small hotel. It is centrally located in Ried, close to the town square and within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Staff is enormously helpful and goes out of their way to insure your comfort. This was our second time staying there and we would recommend it highly to anyone having business or personal reasons to travel to Ried i. Innkreiss and the surrounding area."

"At the crest of the gorge but above the main road so very little noise. The staff were very helpful. The bedroom was I perfect condition as was the en suite bathroom. Unfortunately the dinner menu was limited but the receptionist suggested 4 hostelries near by. Breakfast was great. A short walk into the gorge is included in the price. "Wij hebben echt een fijn verblijf gehad in dit keurige nette hotel. Omdat we op zondagmiddag aan zouden komen en het restaurant al gesloten zou zijn werd een overheerlijke jausen aangeboden (dat is nou denken in mogelijkheden) We werden bij aankomst vriendelijk ontvangen. De kamers zijn ruim en stijlvol ingericht. De fitness en sauna zijn prima uitgerust. Het ontbijt (bio) was voor ons uitgebreid en goed verzorgd. Ook het naastgelegen restaurant heeft heerlijk kaart met bio-eten en bieren....

"First time doing an automated check in. It was SO easy! Very conveniently located. Not a huge fan of the two comforters thing, but that’s just personal preference really. Breakfast is a great value!"

"Hotel was located very close to the central train station and numerous eating establishments. All the major attractions were inside 20 minute walk. My only annoyance was lack of typical amenities like an ironing board, slippers, or even a coffee and tea station in the room. These annoyances were somewhat offset by the presence of a small gym and sauna for guests. Would I stay here again, for the price and location I would say yes but I would keep i mind I am paying for the convenience of location and not amenities."

"Cloud One, formally Hyperion, from arrival to departure we were well looked after. Staff positive and friendly throughout the hotel: reception, breakfast, concierge, bar. Modern clean hotel, able to set the temperature in the room and bathroom to different temperatures to suit. Mini bar was well stocked. Even some board games to help pass the time if needed. Buffet breakfast was well stocked and cooked your eggs to order, from breads, meats, fruits and to cooked food. A secure luggage room should you arrive early."

"We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Everything was clean and tidy; the staff were very friendly; our room had everything we needed; the shower was particularly good; there was plenty of very nice food at breakfast. We liked very much that the hotel gives a €5 voucher for any day you don’t have your room cleaned. This could then be spent in the bar or restaurant - what a great idea! The hotel is in a good location, handy for trains and many bus lines. Our room overlooked the street which was a bit noisy with the windows open; but once they were shut we couldn’t hear anything. The extra tax that the city charges (currently 50c per person per night) to then provide a Guest Mobility ticket was fabulous. We got the train to Werfen and Zell am See; the bus to Bad Ischl and Hellbrunn Palace; and various buses and trams round the city and it cost us nothing at all with our Guest Mobility ticket. I would have no hesitation recommending this hotel to anyone planning to visit Salzburg."
