"My family had a great experience in this hotel. Clean room and good amenities. Some of the tourist attractions are nearby. 5mins- 10mins walk from the hotel so it's also a plus!"

"Beautiful property. Convenient location. Wonderful breakfast. Unfortunately you need to walk up 6 stairs to get to the first floor of rooms. And there were no rooms on the 2nd floor or above so we could use the elevator. So my 94 year old mom with walker had to struggle up and down stairs while I carried suitcases and her walker. The website should clearly call this out. Had it done so we would have specifically requested a higher room. There should be at least a ramp for accessibility. The dining room also is only accessable by going up stairs from what I could tell so it is and was not a good experience for elderly or disabled people. The staff did offer once to help us carry stuff up the stairs but they were often busy and didn't offer to help than that."

"poolside area should have some cubbies for towels and belongings so that people don't tie up a lounger just for that purpose. It was crowded this past weekend and we had to put our stuff on a rock, when there were loungers available, but just holding towels. "

"Spotlessly clean, comfortable bed, nice bathroom with bidet, pleasant and accommodating staff. Cute little balconies and lovely view of the water."

"Love love love this place. Suite was amazing. Staff were super. Location was incredible. View was unbelievable. Will def stay again!"

"The hotel and location are lovely. When we arrived there were empty cars filling the entire arrival circle. We waited a few minutes to see if a valet would come out, no. So, we parked out front, leaving room for cars to get thru, to check in. We mentioned when we came in there was no valet, although there was a valet sitting there doing nothing. When I went out to get plate number, he walked up to the front desk and complained about where I had parked. My companion listened to the exchange. Again offering no assistance. When I came back I was told to move my vehicle before they would continue check in. Luckily one of the cars had left and I was able to move my car. How about you had one of the six other cars sitting out there empty move. Passive aggressive valet really. Extremely unprofessional. There are many other gorgeous hotels in the area with wonderful service. That is where we will go next time. Never here again."
