"This property is great it had the best of both worlds. The water park was great my 5 yr old grandson enjoyed it very much and the beach is just across the street. Good restaurants are in walking distance and it’s in a quiet part of the strip we always enjoy Indian Rocks"

"This place is great if you're looking for a relaxing getaway. What it lacks in amenities the 30 second walk to the beach makes up for it. The rooms and property are older, but well maintained. The two ladies in the front office are very friendly and make you feel welcomed. I will definitely be staying here again!"
