"Este homestay lo elegimos por como se veía la habitación, lamentablemente tuvieron un problema y la habitación que nos tocaba estaba fuera de servicio. La encargada nos ofreció habitación en otro lugar cercano pero no estaba al mismo nivel así que le pedimos la devolución y tuvimos que buscar otro lugar donde quedarnos de último momento. Por suerte conseguimos lugar"

"Spacious and clean rooms, pool and landscaping were beautiful. Went to old town Hoa Lu for meals and shopping. Staff called for transportation, we chose “green” auto, staff told us the price beforehand and it was cheaper than regular taxi. They helped us arrange for rides and visits to Trang An/Tam Coc without using any Tour and it was much more efficient and comfortable and cost less."

"Such a friendly and helpfull host. Nice clean rooms with Wi-Fi and aircondition. Located a bit away from most tourisme, but with affordable transportation options. Would definitely recommend!"

"I had a nice stay at the bungalow, the staff is very friendly and helpful, although the English knowledge is limited. They were very kind, gave us fruits and made us a wonderful local breakfast, even didn’t want to charge us for the drinks we ordered. So cute people who hosted us. However, the place is not in a good condition, it feels like a place that once was a wonderful hotel, in a beautiful garden, but no one has maintained it that way. Feels like a haunted place from a movie. It felt kinda...

"I Loved my stay at Heartfelt Hideaway. this is such a beautiful Hideaway, the best I've ever stayed in, ever. The manager, Hoa, is exceptionally wonderful. she is so kind, polite, professional. helpful and she organised amazing tours, and she is always smiling. As are all the locals. The food is home made and delicious, and the property is very clean. You must visit this place, it is amazing. I can't wait to visit again in the future. Thank you Mrs Hoa and thank you Heartfelt hideaway....
