Location great for downtown Tam Coc, and easily walkable. The hotel also rents bicycles and small motorcycles. It is a new hotel in excellent shape, and very nice rooms. "This is a beautiful hotel but heavily under construction so we couldn’t use the pool. It looked like it had a pool bar too that wasn’t available to be used. The breakfast was awesome and the owner was friendly. The views were amazing!"

The hotel is conveniently located near laundromats, grocery stores, and the quieter part of the river. (Tip: Try Xa Ot Noodle Bar just 2 minutes away for a great lunch or dinner!). "I couldn't have asked for a better stay. Clean room, spectacular location, absolutely fantastic family. They were very accommodating when I showed up earlier than expected when I was supposed to show up at 6am coming off a sleeper bus from Hanoi, but instead took a tour the day before that dropped me off in Tam Coc at 9pm (I paid for the entire night just so I wouldn't have to wait to check in)."

"We really enjoyed Ninh Binh and this hotel. The owner is truly amazing . She and another lady insisted to carry our luggage upstairs so we did not have to worry about it. She also did the same thing when we departed Ninh Binh and took the luggage downstairs. She cooked a delicious breakfast each morning (made to order eggs or pancakes, fresh bread, fruit,etc).
