Starting from the greetings for my birthday with chocolates and a bottle of sparkling wine, ending with dinners and amazing ocean view that is there from the terrace. The hotel is located among the banana plantations on the hill, and feels peaceful and calm. Staff is friendly and attentive, helped us with local recommendations. Es gibt aber ein kleinen Laden und eine Pizzaria nur zehn Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Man kann gut mit dem Auto auf Entdeckungstour gehen. Das warme Buffet abends könnte etwas wärmer sein und die Küche im Apartment ist etwas spärlich ausgestattet. "

"This was possibly our best hotel experience ever. It was my husband's 50th birthday and management helped to make it truly special.The hotel room and facilities were stunning. The Cliff Bay is very well located, on a beautiful bay a few minutes walk away from the port area (I would recommend this distance away from the cruise ships). We enjoyed a couple of meals from room service (best burger ever...and we've tried many). On the opposite side of the scale, the Il Gallo D'Oro Michelin experience...

"Having only stayed here for a brief period, arriving after midnight and departing in the morning, I must say the entire experience was truly delightful. The hotel, though rated as a three-star establishment, boasted a reception staff that provided a five-star level of service. The property itself was well-maintained, and the room was exceptionally spacious with lovely views. Furthermore, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the breakfast was quite tasty."

"Parfait endroit pour un séjour paisible à Sao Vicente. L'ambiance calme qui y règne nous donnait envie de chuchoter. La vue de notre chambre était magnifique, surtout au lever du soleil où pouvait admirer le "montain glow". Le déjeuners inclut était composé d'ingrédients frais et variés, comme les fruits du jardins et le yogourt maison. Nous y avons passé deux nuits et on aurait voulu rester plus longtemps! "
