Apparently a disconnect between the individual apt owner, hotels.com, and the front desk. Also pool was never open yet—one of the main reasons we selected it. Also property is not a hotel. Reviews of 10 score were misleading. "

"Fiquei no quarto 110, bem próximo a recepção, onde é possível ouvir muito barulho vindo desse local, especialmente à noite, provavelmente os funcionários ficam assistindo videos no telefone em volume alto, onde é possível escutar no quarto. Solicitei troca para um andar mais alto, mesmo estando disposto a pagar a mais, foi negado. Muito barulho nesse corredor . Foram 12 diárias, merecia um apartamento longe do barulho. "
