Excellent hotel. Excellent staff, who went out of their way to help. Hotel & rooms were modern & clean. Pool & surrounding area was excellent, which was good because beach very crowded. My only criticism would be I felt the egg station was exceptionally slow at breakfast, however my girlfriend disagrees so I’ll leave it for you to decide! We will definitely stay here next time we’re in Joao Pessoa.

We were visiting Brazil from the US for my son and daughter-in-laws wedding. Our entire family and many friends stayed at the Oceana resort. The Oceana exceeded our expectations! The rooms were elegant and the location was superb. The staff was absolutely amazing. We do not speak Portuguese, but that didn't stop the staff from going above and beyond to help us every step of the way. The location is beautiful. The amenities are abundant. We loved the beautiful buffet breakfast every morning, the drinks and food were flowing and delivered to us by the pool. I kept saying I felt like we were on a beautiful cruise ship. We did not want to leave. Karol was so helpful to us as well. Do not hesitate to book your stay here. We highly recommend the Oceana Atlantico Hotel! We hope to visit again next year! Thank you so much for your hospitality and keep up the great work! Five stars all the way!

Staff was great! The jacuzzi was not working for several days after we arrived and was by appt only. We were told we couldn’t take the pool towels to the beach. (Apparently this was incorrect and didn’t find out until we were leaving) The room was good. The beach was amazing. The food was excellent. All in all, would stay here again.

Excellent hotel, likely the best hotel in Joao Pessoa. The property is beautifully decorated and designed. The rooms are spacious, clean and the staff is friendly and attentive. The only opportunities for improvement are: more lounge chairs both on the beach and the pool. Faster service in the restaurant. Better lighting in the bathroom/vanity area. I also noticed for a hotel like this to not offer an amenity kit in the bathroom was strange. Overall though, I was very happy and would and will definitely stay here again.

praia calma e transparente, pé da areia (Caribessa), a piscina é um espetáculo à parte, com tratamento salinizado, que proporciona um banho leve, agradável e saudável. Comemoração 10 anos de casados

O hotel é excelente, porém, ficamos no terceiro andar e simplesmente o ar condicionado, desde a tarde, desligava e a noite, parou total, ou seja, o que era para ser uma noite de comemoração de 10 anos de casado se transformou em um inferno de calor e, mesmo ligando na recepção, não tivemos a opção de trocar para um quarto que o ar funcionava, ou seja, triste e frustrante. No mais, massagem do SPA sensacional, qualidade das roupas de cama e toalhas, sensacional . . .
