"Room with a pool was wonderful but this property is very isolated - road access was terrible and frankly the restaurant was more interested in the presentation of their food than in providing a quality eating experience."

"We stayed one night at Tante Arlette and got a warm welcome and a drink. We had booked a superior room, but were a bit disappointed that it had no external window. The cleaning was also not perfect and there were spots on the madrass. Otherwise the room was ok. "The place was very nice and welcoming. They provide a complimentary bottle of water along with coffee and tea in the room—I especially loved the tea set. The staff at the reservation desk were all very kind and professional. I’d like to highlight a young lady and a gentleman from Haiti, both of whom were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Anytime I called, they quickly provided whatever I needed. Overall, excellent service and a pleasant stay! "
