Amazing property, beautiful views and rooms. Lovely fully equipped kitchen. There is little you can do at the property itself and if you walk down to the marina you will find a couple dining spots. Renting a car while visiting Martinique is a must because taxis are too expensive and public transportation isnt always reliable. This property has ample parking. Staff is very courteous and accommodating even though I spoke no French. I would definitely stay again!

The room was huge! Separate bedroom, separate bathroom, separate shower, large open concept kitchen, living room. Large balcony with great ocean view. Crickets at night. We stayed one night; before our cruise. Would stay there again. Only downside was we had to check out at 12 noon (which is still reasonable) but our embarkation is only at 5. We could have extended our stay but at 15 euros per hour. In CDN$ that’s quite steep.

B&B home was perfect for us to stay before and after our cruise. The place is very clean with spacious rooms and balconies overlooking the ocean. Kitchen provided what we needed to make simple meals right in our room. Location was good with grocery store, bakery and restaurants all within walking distance away. Even a small beach located just across the street was a nice bonus. Staff were very accommodating and helpful. Would recommend!

Excellent service

The staff at the hotel was excellent, they went above and beyond to help us on our needs. The hotel has a restaurant attached but that was a different issue, the service at the restaurant was poor and no costumer service was part of their business model.

Cost of taxis given by staff was consistently inconsistent. It was always half of it actually turns out to be. The only decent place to eat nearby is Le Spice. The restaurant at the hotel is managed by a rather snobby chef - she responded when I asked for a plate of french fries “no trabajo en frituras!” Not recommended.

So this property is pretty the view of the marina and Martinique is breath taking. That being said it's next to a port so lots of loud noises in the morning when containers are being loaded etc. My main dislike of this place is that its really a type of apartment so you are penalized for not taking out your garbage which is all the way down at the entrance through a locked door so Imagine if you're disabled or running late for a flight or something. You're penalized for leaving dishes dirty lol. But the most frustrating this is that the parking is locked from 10pm to 7am so you have to go through the underground garage and take a flight of stairs to access the elevator . I just found that cumbersome. Having to remember codes etc and the inconvenience of it

Environnement assez bruyant du fait de sa situation géographique. Cependant, Excellente location qui a répondu à nos attentes Le studio était très bien équipé. Une douche grande et spacieuse, un très grand lit et tout ce qu’il faut dans la cuisine extérieure. Le personnel a été très gentil et réactif en particulier le technicien qui nous a amené un frigo ( manquant) et une cafetière dans les 5 mn après notre demande. Nous avons apprécié la piscine propre et calme. Il manquait un peu d’ambiance et un bar!
