"This place felt like a home away from home. It was comfortable and the kids loved it! The only critiques that I would give it is checking in could be smoother because we did not know how to get into the building. We were waiting outside at 3pm and eventually a woman let us in. Also, the tablet for checkout would not turn on and so we had to just leave the room when we were ready to leave. Overall, it was really nice and we would stay there again."

"This hotel had no desk clerk, but we were able to figure out how to check in and get the room lock code. The room was large by Japanese hotel room standards. It felt like a small apartment. The area had many restaurants and shopping areas close by. The laundry room had four washer/dryers that did an excellent job. They even automatically dispensed laundry detergent, so we didn’t have to go find any at a convenience store. "

The downside is the filters on the A/C were filthy. I had to clean them because two of my persons have allergies and the dust was terrible. "始めて清川に宿泊しました。 近隣には美味しい食事ができる店も多く食事には困りませんでした。 私は歩くのが好きなので、中州や博多駅まで歩きましたが15分少々でいい散歩でした。 立地的には博多観光の中心エリアではないですが、どこに行くにもアクセスしやすい立地だと思います。 部屋は、可もなく不可もなくですが、出来れば改善して欲しいのが、インターホンの機材が室内にあるのですが、消灯しても緑色にピコピコ光っており、寝にくいので見てみたら2016年から部屋のインターホンを押した人の膨大なデータが残っていて消す作業を諦めました。 たぶん、他の部屋もそうだと思うので宿の方にチェックアウトの都度確認して消して欲しいです。 天井の煙探知機かなにかの機械の緑色の電球も消灯すると目立つのでなんとかして欲しいです。"

Location is within 15 mins of the major shopping belt and transport is not a problem as well.
