"This a new, small, and very nicely appointed hotel. It's quiet, friendly, and located near a small market and a fabulous, authentic Parrilla serving great meats and small dishes. A ten minute walk takes you to Parque de las Palapas, a vibrant community facility full of local families, music, shops, bathrooms, and a children's playground. We enjoyed visiting the hotel strip and beach during the day but were happy to be staying in this lovely neighborhood an Uber ride away Cancun's Las Vegas like vibe. "

The staff was incredibly friendly and went the extra mile to make my visit as pleasant as possible. The breakfast was delicious and a great way to start the day. I also really appreciated the private pool area, the spotless lobby, and the convenience of having reasonably priced snacks, sodas, water, and fresh sandwiches available at any time. "Small quaint hotel. Needs the pool repaired. No airport shuttle, i reached out but no response back from them and the phone number given on the site is not correct. Breakfast that is included is sparse but you can purchase other items. The rooms do not have a fridge, it would be nice"

"Super clean, quiet spot. Walkable to everything. Fernando, the owner, is amazing! He was quick with communication and we felt safe and welcomed. Very comfortable beds. The kitchenette was stoked with everything needed to cook our own meals. We enjoyed being here so much, we booked two more nights. Highly recommend this spot. "2 cockroaches in the room. No soap in the shower. Mold on the wall. Breakfast service pretty bad. I had to report three times the roach issue in the room so they could come and clean it. No compensation whatsoever. Paid $500 for 2 nights. Stay away"
