"Got a room with a large double bed enclosed by 3 walls. One way in. One way out. No place to put luggage unless you like the floor. Never seen a bathroom with a toilet so close to the shower I almost tripped on it twice. I guess it's great for a single as they don't have to crawl over and wake anyone to get out of bed for the bathroom during the night."

"Convenience to airport and the helpful hotel staff and comfort of the rooms make this a really good place to stay at the beginning and/ or end of your holiday - we did both. Will definitely book again."

"On arrival needed ID to take a photo of and asked for £5 parking charge per night (these should be highlighted on the booking, and parking included in the price) Room was average, shower had no curtain and took a while to drain, 1 not very big towel per person. Otherwise a pleasant stay for what we needed. "

"Carpets were in need of replacing and didn’t fit up to the edge. Half the lights didn’t work and lights by the bed loose. Shelves next to the bed were broken and held on by metal brackets that made them slope so nothing could be put on them. The bed was broken with feet missing on the bottom so wasn’t even. The pillows were useless and went flat as soon as you put your head on them. The shower only just got warm. In whole the hotel has the potential of being a nice place but seems a reluctance to invest in doing this. Wasn’t a nice stay or sleep and wouldn’t recommend."

"Very good for us as we were attending a convention nearby. Happy to give a 4/5, would have been perfect if the bathroom railing wasn't broken off already, and the TV had almost no options for us, as we would need access to a Netflix or whatever account you need for it. Live TV was non existent, believe me, we tried! There were a couple of free channels to watch, but mostly true crime stuff or judge Judy, or the cheesy older films. We found a few options thankfully, but it wasn't the end of the world. :) Had a bit of everything else other than that, fridge, microwave, utensils, etc so you can cook, and storage under the beds for luggage was a plus. Staff were helpful with my queries over the phone as well. Definitely will try this place again if we're in the area. Thanks again for all your help!"
