"While the assigned room was without AC, only one fan was provided. We requested an additional fan and was promised one. We never got it until the last night. Unfortunately the additional fan did not work. The windows couldn’t open so the air quality was horrible. Additionally, housekeeping was not available for our three day stay. Based on the above experience, we cannot recommend this property."

"Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I was upgraded to a lovely room which was clean, quiet and comfortable. Although I had a taxi pick me up just before 6am the staff member on the desk made me a quick cup of coffee. Thanks to you all!"
