"Me and my husband had a 2 night 3 day stay We had no maid service no room cleaning was done they supplied us with 2 additional towels The air conditioning unit was broken in room 114 and the floor by the window was saturated wet I use two towels and a plastic bag to help be able to get into the closet near the saturated floor from the air conditioning unit it was reported we were never offered a different room, and the problem was never addressed or repaired"

"Someone needs to go and inspect this hotel. We felt like we were in a brothel!! Condoms on floor in lobby!!! People sleeping in their cars.. bathrooms had things on mirror and carpet had big fake eyelash. We slept in our clothes on top of bedspread left as soon as sun was up. REALLY!!! Someone go inspect!!!"

"I had paid to stay 3 nights. The property is in such poor conditions I can not believe Expedia has this property on there website. Of course the reviews are very inaccurate. The bathroom was filthy. Turned on the water in the tub, water pressure very low. The shower didn’t work and you couldn’t stop the tub to take bath. I asked for another room, but there were no more. If I do not get a refund from Expedia, I will dispute charges with the bank. I have videos to share. I asked for proof that I was checking out the guy at the front desk said he could not give me that. Very shady situation. This is the first and last time I ever book anything through Expedia."

"I like the location it was near highway and family. But it needs serious cleaning and renovation. My family and I were walking to elevator. We notice trash from the hallway trash can spilling over on the floor in the hallway. The carpet had spots in addition the dirty cushions on couch. No remote control for TV. When we inquired, the night clerk apologized. But wasn't able to help us. Thank goodness it was only for one night. I wouldn't recommend."
