"If you are booking this hotel and you are planning on doing the cog railroad be advised it's about 45 minutes away. All roads are beautiful to and from with possible sightings of moose. Breakfast was good and for the most part the hotel was clean. The bathroom had a mold smell to it but over decent place to stay"

"Easy check in, staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are dated but they are clean. Great water pressure in shower. Pool is nice and pool room is very nice and warm. Wish there wasn't a window for everyone entering the restaurant to look at you while in the pool. Also the rooms do not have microwave in them (one available in office but only during hours open) I would say if they purchased some small microwaves during black Friday deals would greatly improve the rooms. All in all we enjoy our stay here we have been here twice and plan on heading back soon!"

"I was really looking forward to staying for 2 nights here on our 3 week drive tour around New England and it did not disappoint. The food is great - the most extensive Menu I’ve ever seen - the beers I sampled were all top draw - the Room we stayed in was called The Greeley and its in a lovely house opposite the Bar - that too was superb. The only downer was that I couldn’t spend more time in the Brewery, Restaurant and Bar because my wife felt really unwell (cause not related to our stay) and so we remained in our room - If ever we get the chance to return I would stay again in a heartbeat."
