The old lift situation is still an issue (only 3 tiny ones which really needs addressing somehow) but the staff are less attentive, the main pool area requires more shade, the booking system for the restaurants needs much more improvement and the food wasn’t as good. we spoke to other guests who said exactly the same thing. Our flight wasn’t until 9.30pm so we sunbathed and used the pool all day believing (based upon what the front desk staff advised) that there were showers and changing facilities we could use. To our dismay, we discovered these were in fact the open air poolside showers used to shower before entering the pool and no proper shower facilities were available. "I had a great stay at FERGUS Style Bahamas. The location is excellent, close to the beach, restaurants, and nightlife, making it easy to explore the area. The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and enjoyable. The only downside was the beds, which weren’t very comfortable and could use an upgrade. Aside from that, everything else was great, and I would definitely consider staying here again for the location and overall experience."
