"The hotel was lovely to look at. Our experience with staff varied in that some were not welcoming and also could not provide us with the information we needed, yet others were very accomodating. Our biggest disappointment was upon arrival we were told that 2 of the restaurants in the hotel were closed. Also I would add that the dinner buffet costs 87 euro per person excluding drinks. "I want to be clear this is by no means of four-star Hotel. It is a two star at best. Between the mold unmaintained fixtures, incredibly uncomfortable beds, the floor falling apart the screaming children everywhere and can’t forget that the air-conditioning was not working only heat frankly I felt bait and switched.
