"I booked our stay with Red Roof Inn Tinton Falls because of the fair price and proximity to the PNC Bank Arts Center (from exiting the Center, walking 10 minutes to get to our car, exiting the lot and driving to our Motel, was a total of 28 minutes!). Upon arrival, the front desk was friendly and helpful and check in took literally 2 minutes. Our room was on the 1st floor, so I was concerned about noise level from above. Fortunately, it wasn't an issue. However, there was a screaming match...

"Check in is 3pm room wasn’t ready til 515pm And when I asked why it’s not ready , her response was did you book through a 3rd party? I said Expedia and she said oh!! Okay . Not sure what she meant by that"

"You guys at this location were sensational...the customer service was excellent and very helpful and pleasant all around...the room was really comfortable and convenient to the event I was attending that weekend (bridgefest 26) and l will love to come back for a future stay...The Lord bless all you guys at Monmouth...in abundance in Jesus mighty name Amen and Amen 🙏 🙌 ❤️ 🫂🙂"

"So when we got there there was no check in desk and the guy said on text that we need to go across the street to motel 6 to get a key card and pin for our door and when we got to motel 6 the lady said that she doesn’t know anything about the hotel next door and basically the guy lied and scammed us and we didn’t get see our room"

"Friendly staff. Room refreshed daily upon request. Excellent breakfast buffet. A little pricy though to be 15 to 29 minutes away from the beach. "

"This is okay if you need a last minute place to stay for a night. Room was clean but had a weird smell. Bed was uncomfortable for my man (side sleeper)but I slept well. 30 minutes from BelMawr and Point Pleasant Beaches. The owner was very helpful and attentive to our needs once we arrived. Parking for truckers and a grill area with seating. Great location with stores to grab things you may need. Walmart, Target, Dollar Tree and much more. We would stay again if we NEEDED to. We would definitely...

"Our hotel room was very clean and the surface was great. The only downfall was that they advertise an outdoor pool however, the outdoor pool is under maintenance. Unfortunately, when I called the property prior to booking, I wasn’t able to get a hold of anyone so I took my chances and booked anyway. Other than that, I would definitely recommend."

"This is my third stay at Doubletree. It is a clean and comfortable hotel with friendly and accommodating staff. The rates are also reasonable. I would highly recommend this hotel."

"We got to our room and there was a horrible smell of body odor and onions. The room looked like someone tried to put paint on shabby fixtures. Many dirt stains on the wall and scruffs and scratches and peeling of the baseboards. The bed was clean and sheets were clean. It was ok for one night but I wouldn’t stay here again. Laundry facilities were ok. Breakfast was standard for a hotel breakfast."

"Hotel was great and I am a picky person when it comes to hotels! Only thing I would warn people about is that it’s right next to New Jersey turnpike, so the rooms on that end of the hotel wouldn’t be good for a light sleeper due to the trucks driving by. They did provide ear plugs in the hotel room though."
