"I think it is unfair to assume that everyone has a digital wallet and knows how to access your digital key. I was unsuccessful in getting on the app you kept sending and sending. In the room, you offer a physical card. Why can’t you afford that ahead of time? I did not mind making a stop at your sister hotel to get his card. But I had to go through the frustrating steps with your AI robot and I believe a real person. If a guest indicates no interest in doing this digitally, they should not...

"This hotel is special, great staff, nice modern rooms and bathrooms, superb restaurant and bar. We stayed for six nights, was meant to be seven but staff were okay with the shortened stay, helpful in amending the booking and a room refund. Free parking was a bonus. Having an in-house bar and restaurant meant you could easily access great coffee, drinks and excellent classy meals. We come to the Netherlands regularly and would be back here in a heartbeat."

"This was an adorable boutique hotel within 5 mins drive to the cruise port and within walking distance to the heart of Rotterdam. Our particular room was the “romantic suite” and was enormous with a bathroom area as big as the room itself! Tastefully decorated and welcoming! The lobby sitting area was cozy and had coffee, etc as well as a small bar and light snacks. They serve breakfast in their quaint kitchen and it was delicious as well as very convenient before we embarked on our cruise. I...

"Quiet apartment where catered for ourselves. There was a good sized fridge, microwave and hob to use.
Quirky arrangement as no handwashing facilities in the toilet - had to use bathroom which meant if someone was using bathroom you couldn't immediately wash hands.
The water in the shower was extremely hot and it wasn't possible to stand directly under the shower. You had to stand in front and wash.
It would not be safe for children to use."
