"This is consistently a great hotel and yet seems to be underutilised - go have a try. Oostplein is very conveniently located to most attractions but lacks the name say of Rotterdam Central or the Erasmus bridge."

"CitizenM was a dream! The anesthetic is so colourful and warmly invitiing. The Ambassadors go out their way to assist you and help in any way. Their courtesy, respect and helpfulness was always genuine. The girls were very knowledgeable about shopping and where to eat in the area and made great recommendations that helped make my trip so wonderfully complete! I would stay in this hotel again in a heartbeat and highly recommend it to everyone!"

"De kamer: de stoelen zijn te breed om tussen bed en muur te plaatsen, dus je MOET op bed liggen om tv te kijken. Verder geen problemen. Vriendelijk personeel. €18 euro voor een ontbijt? Dan mag er wel champagne bij. Het was voldoende, maar doodgewoon."

"Es hat uns alles gut gefallen, für den Preis ist es preiswert und super. Für uns war es nicht zu laut, Sauberkeit top, alles lief reibungslos bei check in/out. Die Lage ist nunmal außerhalb Den Haag/Rotterdam etc. Mit dem Auto ist alles aber schnell erreichbar. "

"Lovely and clean hotel, the room was big. We booked last minute. The staff were incredibly friendly and even offered us a complimentary breakfast. The breakfast was delicious. We were not familiar with the location since we were traveling from the U.S. and made a last minute decision to visit The Hague. . It was a bit out of the way from the bus station and also from The Hague. But, it was worth the commute."
