"Lovely hotel, very smart with friendly greeting on arrival. Lovely and quiet, large room with great sea view, with air conditioning. Added bonus of Marco Pierre White Restaurant in the hotel, serving excellent food and comfy chairs in the bar. Lovely quality breakfast the next morning with garden views. Stress free night away with paid street parking nearby."

"Used the hotel as a night stop before an early ferry. It served thus purpose well was clean fidy with an easy check in helpful manager / owner. The hotel is a little dated but tidy and great for our 1 night stay only 15 minutes from either the ferry or eurotunnel."

"Our room was a beautiful suite with a great view of the bay. The bathroom was beautifully updated BUT…. there was not water to put in that gorgeous tub. I must say a bus’s load of people came in about 6;30 so that was the problem. Dinner service was a little slow and the rib eye was not a good cut of meat and I ordered rare and got well done. They needed more help to serve all the people. They were working on the kitchen update so I guess that was a problem. One more thing, all the hall...

"Lovely little pub and rooms, food is very good although it's at a price point where you'd expect that. Lots of German and Dutch tourists stopping and a few locals. Not much of a pub vibe as it's all given over to dining but the room were spacious and comfortable."
