"Beautiful views and great communication from the owner on how to find it and access your hut. We stayed in The Hive for one night and it was a little dusty, everything needed a deep clean. It didn’t ruin our trip, and would visit again in the hope this was a one off error."

"Given wrong key code upon arrival i had to contact to get the right one, no Hot water, Internet was not great had it sometimes other times it was not working, Out of my 3 days the first day i had to clean the dishes and pans as they still had food on them, urine left in the toilet when arrived and there was a smashed window covered with tape, I was more worried about safety. The latch on the back of the door doesn't close so you cant lock your door, I did stay local due to worrying if someone...

"Lovely self contained property, in beautiful position right on the Syndale Valley trail and 2 miles from Doddington Gardens, well worth a visit. Property contained every facilitiy required, bath and walk in shower, plentiful hot water and comfy bed. Breakfast produce left for first morning which was a lovely touch, hosts very good, there but not too intrusive - a wonderful stay."

The heating was on a schedule such that at night the temperature in the house was around 6 degrees giving me a backache until I asked the owner to keep the temperature at a constant 23 degrees. "The property was of an ideal size for us and our 15 months baby. It is very quite, surrounded by fruit trees orchards and farm fields. Despite arriving later than expected, Steve was present to welcome us and brief us on the house an surroundings.
