Hotels near Hyland Farms Community Park

"The hotel is a quick deive to downtown Huntington. There are multiple fast food places that are walkable to the hotel. The lobby is small but staff were very personable. Our room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Towels were fluffy and they provided shampoo, conditioner and lotion (we didn’t use any but some travelers would like to know they don’t provide body wash). Housekeeping is offered daily without a fee also. Breakfast is 6:30am to 9:30am but we didn’t wake early. We will definitely stay here again next year during Spike Fest!"

"I wanted to like this hotel, but literally everything is an upcharge (and, yes, my bad for missing that when booking), but you’re already paying a good chunk for the room. Parking: extra. Breakfast (basic hotel hot breakfast, nothing fancy): $20 extra. Water: extra. The bed was horribly hard and uncomfortable. The carpet in the room was badly stained and rolled up (tripping hazard). The main positive I have is that the hotel itself was quiet, even though there seemed to be a parade of bikers going up and down the main thoroughfare at all hours. I’d be less bothered if it were half the price without upcharges. "

"We were going to try and use the fold out sleeper sofa, but when we pulled it out, the mattress was absolutely filty with dirt. Please be sure your cleaning crew checks the fold out beds. Secondly, there was some sort of a reddish/maroon stains on one of the pillowcases. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Our stay was overall Good."
