"There was mold all over the room, laundry facilities were not functioning, and the facilities were in desperate need for updating. There were hardly any kitchen utensils to use as well. Our initial room was not what we booked and it was changed only after several entreaties. Overall, a very bad experience "

"Room was a bit dated but spotless, the staff excellent, fabulous location and views. Only drawback was the beach had suffered storm erosion and it and the beach bar was closed. Jetty park and beautiful beaches very close by. The restaurant, a separate attached business, was always hopping with great food and extensive bar with excellent staff. I expect to return many times. "You really can’t beat the location—right on the ocean with easy beach access, and just a short walk to some great restaurants and charming boutique shops in Vero Beach. It’s the kind of spot where you can park your car and forget about it for the rest of your stay. The hotel itself is definitely on the tired side and could use some updating. That said, everything was very clean, which goes a long way in making the stay comfortable. Overall, if you’re prioritizing location and a laid-back beach...

"I love this place. The property is right on the beach. Feels very private since its not a huge hotel. The beach was not crowded on a Saturday, it almost felt like we had the beach to ourselves at one point. The staff was very nice & the free breakfast is very convenient. I will be back soon! "

"La Cuisine est équipée. Vous avez accès à des chaises parasol pour la plage. Belle piscine proche d’une bonne pizzeria. Très beau emplacement et plage super proche on entend les vagues la nuit sur la terrasse. Les matelas un peu trop mou. "
