"This is now my "go to" hotel when I need to be in downtown Dallas. It's in a good location near the Guadalupe Cathedral and the Meyerson Symphony Hall. The valet parking staff (Michael & Su) and hotel staff (Raven, Mary Jane) were very kind and helpful. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. I slept so well. The room and bathroom were very clean, comfortable. The pool was fantastic. The terrace pool is lovely, 3 to 9 feet increasing depths. And the final wonderful surprise was the Pyramid restaurant which offered delicious affordable gourmet cuisine. That is why I like this hotel so very much."

"I had an amazing stay at this Doubletree. The room was clean and well kept and the corner room with panoramic windows was beautiful! The staff were respectful, and the free chocolate chip cookie was a plus. I will definitely be booking again."
