"This is a really nice Hilton Garden Inn. The lobby and hallways all feel like an upscale hotel. The parking is easy and attached via an enclosed bridge/walkway. The rooms are nice and well appointed. We had a small maintenance issue but it did not affect our stay. We will stay again."

"It was a wonderful stay however when I made my reservation it said I wouldn't be charged until we got there and I was unable to use the card that it was supposed to go on. So I'm at a limbo still trying to figure out what to do. Normally every hotel I've stayed at they never charged until we got there all I had to do is give them a card when I did the reservation and they charged my card when I got there. "

"Room was very clean and Comfortable. Amber was very friendly and professional on the phone when I called for a question. Pat was great when we checked in. I asked Pat for a great place to eat local and she asked me if I wanted a sitdown restaurant and I said yes. She recommended Jacs in Kalamazoo about 4 miles up the road. Jacs did not disappoint. Great suggestion. We do ask often on places to eat when we travel, and most are great recommendations. The only negative thing I would say is when I went to connect to the WIFI, I put my last name and room # in as required and when I clicked connect to basic WIFI, ir did not connect and was asking me to register with chooice hotels."
