"The hotel was in a great location in Chelsea. We ate dinner at a local restaurant, caught the water taxi, which was a very short walk away, and got something snacks at the small market across the street. The downside was we couldn’t figure out the a/c, and we couldn’t leave the windows cracked open because of the street noise. There weren’t many place to put things - a small wardrobe, no hooks in the bathroom. The lighting was very dim, even in the bathroom mirror light they did provide a magnifying lighted mirror which made putting on makeup a little easier. Their breakfast was a little expensive, but we did have dinner in their restaurant one night and were pleased. All in all everything was satisfactory."

"Helpful staff. Aircon. Large comfortable bed. Good range of toiletries including conditioner. Good quality hairdryer but again no mirror at all to dry hair by or check full length. Fridge was useful for drinks and snacks bought from local supermarkets. Great location near tube and buses. Good restaurant - chicken Caesar salad was great- but was disappointed they had no Sunday roast available."

"Very well located hotel - just a few minutes walk from Earls Court tube station with Picadilly, District and Circle lines, so easy to get anywhere. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room and public areas very clean. There is a nice outdoor deck and garden area to enjoy morning coffee. The water station is a nice touch - cold, bubbly or hot water taps and large bottles to bring it to the room. Good coffee/latte machine as well. Would definitely stay again here."

"Overall, we had a pleasant stay at The Chelsea Harbour Hotel & Spa. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are spacious, and the marina setting is peaceful and feels like a nice escape from the busy city. The staff were friendly, and the hotel had the upscale atmosphere we were expecting. That said, there were a few drawbacks. Check-in took much longer than it should have, especially after a day of traveling. The location is also a bit removed from many of London's main attractions, so expect to spend extra time commuting if sightseeing is your priority. While the hotel is undeniably nice, it does feel overpriced for what you receive. It's one of those luxury hotels where many extras come with an additional charge, which can make the overall stay feel less of a value than expected. Despite those minor frustrations, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the comfortable accommodations and quiet location. If you're looking for a relaxing hotel away from the busiest parts of London and don't mind paying a premium, this is a solid choice."
