"The staff at the hotel were exceptional! There were 4 main girls at the front desk. They brought us trays of late-night snack to our room even after we arrived back late past the snack time. They helped me find and book a spa, brought us our coffees, and on check out, even carried one of our luggages, walked us out to the Didi and loaded the luggage onto the car! The girls were always smiling and pleasant. We really appreciated their friendly service! The hotel is very convenient, right off of Nanluoguxiang Hutong. Even though it is next to this bustling Hutong, the hotel is extremely quiet. The room is clean. The only suggestion I have is if you go during warm/hot weather: tell the staff to tell the cleaning staff to keep the blinds closed during the day and to keep the AC running. The stairwell area has lots of windows, so it makes the upstairs room hot. We didn’t care for the view after first seeing it, but would rather be able to sleep without it being so hot!"
