We had a great stay at Aaliyah hotel. All the staff are very friendly, especially Nora, and the location is very good right in the heart of Nanluoguxiang. It is walkable to many places including the Forbidden City and nearby parks, and the place is clean and well-maintained. There is also free tea and snacks in the lobby, and free laundry service.

Hotel location is great - it is near so many food vendors and shops . The staff is amazing and very helpful. There is 24 hour Laundry service - just drop off your clothes at the front desk and it will be cleaned and delivered back to your hotel room. Overall, a wonderful place to stay!

Great location right in the traditional Hutang neighborhood. The hotel was great and the room was perfect, their services were really impeccable and they were so kind. They brought me fruits to eat when I arrived and gifted me a wooden comb when I left. Thank you for your hospitality!

Cannot beat the location! Shops and street food right outside the hotel. Also right across from Starbucks for our early morning coffee fix and served as a good reference point. Very friendly hotel staff who spoke english and were very helpful and accommodating. We would recommend this hotel to friends visiting Beijing.

This hotel was awesome, free laundry service, super friendly staff, they even took the time to help me checkin for my flight since the airline was all in chinese which i couldn't read. the location was perfect it was literally in the middle of the nightmarket which had tonnes of food options. Would definitely come back here the next time i'm in Beijing.

The location is fabulous!!!. The staff are amazing!!! professional, efficient and kind. A member of the hotel staff came out in the rain to escort us to the hotel and dealt with the taxi cab driver- thank you thank you. In addition, the sole of my shoe became unglued and they kindly arranged for the repair. I travel through out the world by myself and this hotel’s staff was amazing.
