"Great place and had a wonderful Fall getaway. We were looking for a place we could unwind and stay on property and experience all the things, and it was just that. Canoeing on the little lake, sitting on the dock, hiking their two 3km trails, going in the hot tub (didn't have a chance to go in the wood-burning cedar sauna), and thoroughly enjoyed the cabin with the wood-burning fireplace, replenished with wood out front everyday. Note: only some cabins do, and we put in a request if available. Cabin was a semi, but it looked like they had arranged to stagger the guests until they couldn't, so that was thoughful. Fresh coffee were available all day in the lodge lounge, which was very nice with comfortable seating, a fireplace, satellite TV if you needed it, and stronger wi-fi. All of the staff were super friendly. They had 3 dinner options available daily, that sounded good, but we didn't go. We had their buffet breakfast on the last morning which was good, albeit the cooked food was not as hot as it should be. My only suggestions for the cabin is to have a small toaster (there is a coffee pod maker, kettle, and bar fridge, and hooks for towels. We will definitely be back!"

Huntsville Lofts

"The loft was well designed and cozy. We knew that the property had just opened the week before we were planning to stay there. Upon arrival it was clear that they were behind on some things. The loft was clean but not to our standards. Some construction dust , unpainted areas, holes. The toilets and bedding were clean which is the most important. We called the main office and they sent someone right away to come inspect and clean up. We then spoke to the owner the following day and he mentionned how there were still some finishing touches to be done. He was very kind and was very open to all of our feedback to improve some things. We were understanding and we know how hard it is to get contractors to complete the work or get their materials on time . I think if given another few months they should have all of the small things fixed up. Otherwise the place was beautiful and had all that we needed. There is 2 restaurants downstairs dominoes pizza and Reddy's . Its location is close to everything huntsville has to offer. We had a great stay . Bedding is a bit firm and pillows very high so if you are particular, bring your own pillows. We were the first to stay in this particular loft. It was well designed and cozy. We would stay there again."

"We cannot thank the Arrowhead Inn enough for our stay. Coming from well out of town and not knowing, we trusted the good reviews you see around, and they were worth it! If you want a TLDR, and more focus on the amenities, try here: - Motel Environment - Clean, with usual amenities (coffee, water, fridge, microwave, etc) - Outdoor fire pits available - Pet Friendly (didn’t use, but saw others) - Less than 1 minute drive into Arrowhead Park front gate, 7 minutes to back of park. - Amazing Hosts If you want a story version: Our hosts were receptive and open from the moment we had booked, up to our final hours. We went for a special weekend, in which I got to propose to my girlfriend! Having no one in town, and not being able to separate from my partner, I couldn’t make a surprise happen alone. This is where our stay was exceptional above a normal accommodation. Our hosts were more than excited to get in on a surprise, for us to have a memorable stay. Messages and calls back and forth, timelines planned & dietary/non-alcoholic restrictions met for us, and I now had a decorated romantic room, with food and drink to celebrate our milestone together. Now, he went above and beyond for us, because of the occasion. Yet, based on the interactions I had & saw, he carried that into every guest encounter. Everyone taken care of, well planned for, and a genuine interest in making sure people are there to have a great comfortable time. Thank you so much again to our lovely hosts."

"I like Proximity of motel, fridge, microwave, table, space in room, fact that we can open windows. Did not like that I had only one toilet paper roll for a two night stay. Coffee not very good but that's what expected with that type of coffee."
