"Our stay here seemed fine at first and the decor is lovely however, it stated that there were only two steps into the front door and being that I was traveling with my disabled mother, this was vital information. "Check in process made difficult with lack of communication - no towels - shower broken "

"1) Checkin details were not provided - I had to contact Hotels.com and wait ±1hr outside in the windy street to get these. Checkin was 4pm but I couldnt get in until 90 mins later. 2) Once inside the building; Entrance hall filthy with full black bags in corner, wall staining, filthy carpets, laundry cages strewn. No-one around at all, felt very unsafe. 3) Once inside the flat, it felt like someone had just left in a rush, but I couldnt be sure until I had gone through the apartment. Spooky....

"Room was ok but there were no towels not even a tea towel. It was clean and comfortable but bring a towel! Very close to town centre and the med restaurant under it was brilliant! I had to contact them to get the code. "

"Unfortunately I booked this apartment last Saturday. When I booked the property I tried to contact the host to give me check in details and how to access the property. After several messages and trying to call on the number listed I had no response. I had to book another apartment to stay in. I'm still £445 out of picket and fighting with Expedia to get my full refund. Very poor sorry"
