"Awesome staff from parking to front desk! Upgraded to presidential for more space. My daughter's prom sendoff was perfect. Room was clean window seals need a good dusting tho! View from 16th floor was beautiful! Lobby was nice! Maintenance provided me with trash bags to clean up our mess! So I'm glad I chose holiday Inn downtown Houston."

"This hotel is not located in the Galleria area of Houston. The room was comfortable, and well taking care of. I enjoyed my stay here. One thing though, there is a gym located forty ft. behind the hotel that open its doors. - literally - at 6:15 am, and played music SO loud that I had to call the police! There is also a trainer there that yells like crazy as if he was at a military camp or something. Again, I had to call the police to report all this, because it happened daily! "
