"Very comfortable beds and very helpful staff, to us was a family vacation and we stayed for 6 nights, the time when I chose the junior suite it said it sleeps 4-6 persons since we were 4 persons I said this should be good for us, we were 4 persons with 3 suitcases, the room was very small and there was no way you can move in the room, the junior suites are for 2 to 3 people. Other than that the breakfast was great and the staff were very respectful and helpful as you expect in Japan."

"The facilities were clean and there were plenty of showers available. It was in a really good location close to the subway. The mattresses were a bit hard though and others were speaking loudly when we were trying to sleep."

"A Wonderful Stay at Granbell Hotel Shinjuku I had a really lovely stay at the Granbell Hotel Shinjuku in Tokyo. From the moment I arrived, I felt very comfortable and completely at home. The staff were excellent — friendly, helpful and professional throughout my stay. The location was a huge bonus. It was right in the middle of everything, making it so easy to get around and explore Tokyo. I really enjoyed my trip to Japan, and having such a convenient base made the experience even better. I also appreciated all the little thoughtful touches the hotel provided. The cleansing oil and facial cleansing wash were a lovely bonus, and having complimentary water in the fridge was very convenient. The room had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Considering the location, facilities and service, I thought the price was very reasonable as well. Overall, I was very happy with my stay at Granbell Hotel Shinjuku. I thoroughly enjoyed my time there and would definitely stay again when I return to Tokyo. Highly recommended!"
