There was only one towel despite the fact that we were four people booked in a quadruple room. "The hotel is close to the airport. They provide a free shuttle service to and from the airport. The shuttle does not run 24/7. So get informed. The room was nice and clean. The restaurant food was really good. I would stay again."

"This is a large hotel in the heart of the university. All roads are underground which is a bit confusing for a first time visitor, I looped around twice before finding the hotel car park. The room remained hot throughout the night, making it almost impossible to sleep. I called the front desk to report the problem, but the only response I received was an apology. "The air conditioning was malfunctioning the whole weekend. Our room was 28.5 degrees. The entire hotel was hot, including the restaurant, spa, and pool area. The bathroom was moldy and smelled rancid. The hotel should have provided vouchers for us to switch to a nearby hotel instead. It was not a nice weekend at all."
