"We stayed at this hotel for a cheer competition because it was recommended due to its proximity to the venue. Unfortunately, the stay was just okay. When we first checked into our room, it had clearly not been cleaned. We took photos and immediately informed the front desk. There was dirt, hair, food crumbs, stained furniture, and some of the most unpleasant bathroom grout I’ve seen in a hotel. To their credit, the staff was accommodating and moved us to another room without issue The second room was better, but it still was not what I would consider clean. There wasn’t even that fresh, cleaned-room feeling when you walked in. I’m not sure what cleaning products are used, but it felt more like surfaces had been touched up rather than thoroughly cleaned. The property is undergoing renovations, so I understand some areas may not be at their best right now. However, cleanliness should still be a standard regardless of construction. The pool area could definitely use a deep cleaning and refresh as well. The complimentary breakfast was basic but available, which was appreciated. The air conditioning worked well, and ice/ water were readily available throughout our stay. Overall, this hotel lacked the quality and experience I typically associate with a Radisson, especially for a downtown location. The staff handled our concerns professionally, and I appreciate that. However, the condition and cleanliness of the property would prevent me from returning."

"There is no hot tub. Pool was tiny and had so much chlorine that the air burned my eyes. Room was dirty and falling apart. I had to scrub it down, including the toilet with Clorox wipes. Lipstick stains on the lamp shade. Bathroom does not have a fan so wall paper is bubbling off. Tub is peeling off and disgusting so much that I made my kids wear crocs to shower. Power went out during the night so the room was like an oven and my husband couldn’t use his cpap, so sleep was crap for all. The pull out couch was filthy stained covered in crumbs. Thankfully we brought blankets because the hotel had none. I specifically picked this hotel so I could pay for a late check out if needed and they wouldn’t let me when I checked in."

"The staff was great for check in and out. There were little extras at checkout and in the room that made us feel welcome. Sometimes the little things stick out. Example - fresh chocolate chip cookies free at the service counter along with coffee and tea bar. Staff member was very nice and cheerful. In the room little extras - 2 bottled waters, and 2 travel sized deodorants included in bathroom supplies along with all needed shower supplies (shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, face soap, makeup remover). The room and facility were clean."
